Objectifs

The objectives of the training are to familiarise participants with the fundamental principles of the fight against money laundering, the financing of terrorism and fraud specific to the insurance sector, and to equip them with the skills necessary to apply these principles in practical cases.

The training also aims to make participants aware of the legal risks and consequences of non-compliance with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing regulations in the context of their professional activity.

Contenu

The training includes an in-depth analysis of the different types of fraud encountered in the insurance sector, practical cases illustrating these frauds, as well as an exploration of the principles of compliance and legal obligations in the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism specific to this sector.

Participants will have the opportunity to gain a practical understanding of the risks associated with financial crimes in the insurance sector and the preventive measures to be implemented to mitigate them.
