As Head of IT division of the APE, Ludwig Balmer will present the Qlik dashboarding solutions implemented by the recently created HR Business Intelligence Competency Center. Before joining the APE, he was Head of Business Process Management Office at Centre des technologies de l'information de l'Etat (CTIE) where he lead the deployment of Qlik dashboards for multiple public administrations when addressing both process monitoring and business KPIs in BPM projects. Ludwig Balmer will cover the key benefits and challenges of a secured enterprise data analytics platform.
