Quel est le contenu de la formation ?

We are speaking about the practical aspects of digitalization but in some way forgetting about the people. Change to digitalization can bring fear, assumption and even relief and at the forefront a large impact will be on the people.

In this workshop we will look at digitalization from a people perspective, and we will help persons move through the change process from a manual to a digitalized world. The workshop will help the attendees shift their mindset and create a space for innovation. The participants will face off against barriers to change have a full understanding as to the benefits and risks of not becoming digitalized.

This workshop will be using expertise from systemic coaching concepts and gamification tools. It will put the attendees into an interactive experiential world in order to help them shift their mindset.
