The training Programme aims to offer a thorough exploration of the procedural intricacies involved in voluntarily liquidating an investment fund, adhering to the legal provisions outlined in the Law of 10th August 1915 on commercial companies as amended (referred to as "the Law"). Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the sequential steps, essential for navigating the voluntary liquidation process within the framework established by the Law.
