We offer three levels of coach training: Henka Certificate™, Henka Diploma™ and Certified Professional Henka Master™.
Graduates from the combined Henka Certificate™ and Henka Diploma™ will have achieved the necessary training hours (ACSTH) to apply for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
The Certified Professional Henka Master™ programme provides the additional training hours in order to apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
We also engage in Executive and Leadership Coaching.
The Henka Institute offers bespoke training that is tailored to each organisations needs.
Our training courses are highly interactive and enable social learning.
We deliver our training globally in more than 35 locations worldwide.
We believe in blended learning composed of asynchronous self directed learning and synchronous instructor or group led learning.
All of our trainers are experienced facilitators with corporate backgrounds who have worked with diverse populations.
They are also all experienced in facilitating training both virtually and face to face. In addition to this, most of our trainers are accredited coaches.
