Immerse yourself in the art of distillation and create your own gin with Inès, Master Distiller at Entre Nous Gin, during an immersive workshop. Discover the secrets of artisanal gin production and take home a unique creation of your own.

The workshop begins with a warm welcome from Inès, who is passionate about her craft. You will learn about the history of distillation, the botanicals used to create this refined spirit, and the different styles and flavour profiles of gin.

Working in groups of two to three, you will select your own blend of botanicals from a variety of berries, herbs, and spices to create a personalised recipe. Guided by Inès, you will then take part in the distillation process using small copper stills, following every step from loading the botanicals to collecting your finished gin.

While your gin is distilling, relax and enjoy a specially crafted cocktail prepared for the occasion.

At the end of the workshop, you will bottle your gin, design and personalise its label, and take home your unique creation.
