Alix is an Audit and Valuation Director at PwC Luxembourg in the Assurance Alternatives and Valuation Services practice, specialising in valuation matters for financial reporting. He has expertise in private equity, venture capital and debt valuations, reviewing models like DCF, trading and transaction multiples, milestone analyses, and NAV as a practical expedient. Alix’s 14+ years in fund products span leveraged buyouts, growth equity, venture capital, credit, and secondaries. He began his career in PwC’s AWM group in Boston, advancing to Director before transferring to Luxembourg in 2019.

He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a CFA charterholder and licensed CPA in Massachusetts.
