Objectifs

Efficiently using Teams' advanced functionalities to organize, collaborate and coordinate projects in a clear way, favoring increased productivity within the project team. During this 1 day course, participants acquire practical skills to optimize communication, file sharing and task management, while taking advantage of Teams' planning and project follow-up capabilities
