Objectifs

There are many ways that organizational change can be implemented; choosing the right strategy to get results depends on factors that need to be analyzed well beforehand.

By the end of this course, you will be able to

  • analyze starting and end points, your room for manoeuvre, human factors, to define a change strategy,
  • lead a team to follow this change strategy, from its beginning to its end.

Important note regarding your personal data
