For those who want a say in how AI is used around them, whatever their level: partners and office heads setting the frame for the firm, project and team leads framing the work of others, and practitioners who use AI daily, think in systems and intend to help build the harness rather than wait for one.

Quels sont les prérequis ?

Before the session: reading of three short pre-readings and completion of a survey on the team's current AI use. On the day: a laptop or tablet with internet access, a personal account on a major LLM assistant of their choice (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar), and access to their email. Practical joining instructions are sent with the pre-readings.

AI has entered most firms faster than the frameworks meant to govern it, and the EU AI Act now attaches real obligations to everyday uses. This seminar offers a structured pause: see where adoption stands, worldwide, in Europe and in your own firm, audit the actual uses, classify them, and outline the steering system around them. Charter included, and designed to evolve with tools, uses, and users.
