Contenu

Interactive workshop combining short presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises.
Participants explore the definition and impact of medical gaslighting, identify patterns and risk factors, and practice communication techniques using the VIA model (Validate, Inquire, Anchor).
The session includes case studies, reflection on systemic factors, and exercises on documentation and communicating uncertainty. It concludes with strategies for repair, accountability, and personal action planning to implement trauma-informed and patient-centered practices.
