Coaching Foundations
An introduction to the principles, purpose and scope of professional coaching. Participants explore the distinction between coaching and other approaches, such as mentoring, consulting and therapy, while becoming familiar with coaching ethics, professional standards and the ICF Core Competencies.

Frameworks and Models
Exploration of practical coaching frameworks and models that support the structure and flow of a coaching conversation. Participants learn to use these approaches flexibly, responding to the client's needs rather than applying them as rigid formulas.

Coaching Agreement
Development of clear agreements for both the overall coaching engagement and each individual session. This includes establishing expectations, roles, boundaries, confidentiality, desired outcomes and measures of success, while maintaining a genuine partnership with the client.

Values, Beliefs and Purpose
Exploration of the values, beliefs and sense of purpose that influence decisions, behaviors and goals. Participants learn how to help clients identify what is truly important to them, recognize limiting beliefs and create greater alignment between their intentions and actions.

Reframing a Perspective
Techniques for helping clients examine situations from different perspectives, challenge assumptions and identify new possibilities. Participants practice using questions, observations and reflections that encourage insight without directing the client or imposing solutions.

Coaching Mindset
Development of the self-awareness, curiosity, openness and reflective practice required of a professional coach. Participants learn to remain present, manage their own assumptions and emotional responses, and approach each client with respect, confidence and trust.

Coaching Skills
Practical development of essential coaching skills, including active listening, presence, powerful questioning, observation, reflection, summarizing, direct communication and supporting client awareness, choice, action and accountability.

Participants apply the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics throughout the programme, receive feedback on their coaching, and reflect on their development as coaches. Independent study and practice between sessions support the integration of learning and the development of each participant’s individual coaching presence and style.

Experiential and highly interactive learning approach, combining theoretical input with live demonstrations, practical exercises, coaching practice, peer coaching, reflective learning, group discussions, case studies, mentoring and structured feedback.

There will be an assessment and exam evaluating the coaching skills at the level of ICF Professional Certified Coach. The program will confirm the competency of ICF PCC.

Upon successful completion of the programme and all required assessments, participants receive:

A Masterful Me Academy Level 2 Coaching Diploma, confirming completion of 125 hours of ICF-accredited coach education

Completion of the programme does not automatically confer an ICF credential. Participants wishing to obtain the PCC credential must apply separately to the ICF and meet its additional requirements, including the required coaching-experience hours and passing the ICF Credentialing Exam.
