The Market abuse concept encompasses all unlawful behaviour in the financial markets such as, insider dealing, unlawful disclosure of inside information and market manipulation preventing market transparency.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

This training is coordinated by Cédric Raffoul, Partner in the banking and capital markets department of PwC Legal Luxembourg.
