This training course is part of a more comprehensive program called Manager in Mediative Communication .
This program consists of 11 independent modules that can be taken individually as desired, but it can also be completed as a single course.

This module focuses on handling emotionally charged situations and helping parties move from emotional reactions toward constructive dialogue.
