What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

With around 15% of employees affected by burnout in 2015 (according to the "Quality of work" study by the Luxembourg Chamber of Employees), burnout is on the increase every day. Lurking like a fire that smoulders before ravaging everything, burnout often does more damage than first imagined, both in terms of quantity and severity. However, this insidious process sets in gradually and can be countered if spotted in time, in particular by (re)understanding the 3 main families of symptoms.

The aim of this training is to raise awareness of the risk of burnout for a colleague, an employee or yourself. It also aims to develop skills in prevention and support.
