This training is coordinated by Helene Thouvenin, Director and Anne-Claude Bartin, Senior Manager at PwC Luxembourg.

Hélène Thouvenin is a director with extensive expertise in marketing and client relationship management. Since joining PwC in 2011, she established and led the firm’s Marketing department, advising on strategic marketing plans, SWOT analysis, competitive landscape, and brand promotion. In 2020, she spearheaded the onboarding of PwC’s Global Salesforce, leading to the creation and leadership of the Client Relationships and Sales department. Her responsibilities include implementing a seamless Client Journey to enhance client experience, fostering a sales culture, and supporting business development through Salesforce and other technologies. Her work encompasses client feedback processes, account management strategies, and training initiatives.

Anne-Claude Bartin-Veneau is a senior manager with over 25 years of expertise in Marketing, Digital, and Communication across diverse sectors including consumer goods, media, and publishing. Before joining PwC as a Salesforce expert, she supported brand development and digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer and user experiences through digitalisation. Leveraging her technical knowledge and change management skills, she has successfully implemented and managed Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions to boost customer engagement and meet business objectives. Additionally, Anne-Claude possesses strong pedagogical and communication abilities, having designed and delivered training programs focused on customer engagement at PwC. Her expertise includes digital marketing, Salesforce platforms, project and change management, and learning and development skills.
