Objectifs

This training is designed to strengthen participants’ ability to manage emotionally tense or conflictual situations in a constructive and confident way.

The goal is to provide a deeper understanding of emotional mechanisms, equip participants with practical communication tools, and encourage an assertive stance that restores calm, fosters cooperation, and transforms conflict into an opportunity for growth.

Participants will also learn to identify their strengths, regulate their emotions, and recognize unhelpful inner patterns (saboteurs) that may block collaboration.

Contenu

The training follows a three-step approach for lasting results:

  • Theoretical foundations – keys to understanding emotions, stress, and reaction mechanisms (fight, flight, freeze); adopting postures that encourage serenity and cooperation.
  • Active learning – practical exercises, role-playing, and case studies applied to professional, family, and hierarchical relationships.
  • Grounding implementation – developing a personalized action plan, co-development practices, and group feedback to integrate new skills.

Participants will also explore a structured worksheet for conflict management.
