Prérequis

Participants should have some prior exposure to business, entrepreneurship, sales, project ownership or service delivery.

Basic digital literacy is required, including confidence using a computer, the web and standard office tools. No technical AI background is required.

Participants should be able to use AI chat tools and basic prompting during the practical sessions.

Objectifs

This 2-day accelerator helps entrepreneurs, founders and growth-focused professionals strengthen a business, commercial activity or business project through practical growth strategy and business model design.

The main objectives are to help participants:

  • Provide blueprint model & approach to Identify the strongest growth opportunities across upsell, new clients, new markets and enhanced products.
  • Diagnose commercial bottlenecks using evidence rather than assumptions.
  • Clarify target audience, value proposition, positioning, differentiation and proof.
  • Redesign offers with entry, core and premium/upsell options while protecting margin.
  • Build routes for new-client acquisition, referrals, partnerships and new-market testing.
  • Design enhanced product or service concepts using Business Model Canvas logic.
  • Use Applied AI to support market analysis, business model design, scenario thinking, content drafting and execution planning.
  • Produce a concise AI-supported 30/90-day growth action plan for immediate use.

Contenu

Day 1 – Diagnose & Design

Participants start with a baseline challenge map and a four-dimensional growth scan covering upsell, new clients, new markets and enhanced products. They build a growth diagnostic scorecard, identify target segments, review customer economics, clarify positioning and differentiation, and apply Porter trade-offs and Business Model Canvas logic to improve their offer or product design. The day ends with a practical decision log.

Day 2 – Growth & Activation

Participants work on growth levers, upsell ladders and offer architecture, including pricing, margin and scope control. They explore retention, repeat business, referrals, new-client channels, partnerships, new-market entry and enhanced product or business model innovation. Applied AI is used as a practical support layer for business analysis, market research, competitor comparison, scenario thinking, business model design, messaging and roadmap execution. The course concludes with a 30/90-day roadmap and final pitch.

Participants should bring or have access to a computer. A projector, flipchart or whiteboard, internet access and access to approved AI tools are recommended.

This course is not positioned as a technical AI course. Its main focus is entrepreneurship, business growth and practical business model design.

Applied AI is used as a support layer to help participants analyse markets, compare competitors, design business models, test scenarios, draft messages and build execution roadmaps. Human judgement and business validation remain central throughout the training.
