Objectifs

In today’s digital world, people seek easy, secure, and seamless access to services. Trusted identification enables your customers, employees, or contractors to effortlessly access digital services. Smart Identity, powered by cutting-edge technologies such as biometrics, AI, and blockchain, is the solution for you.

Smart Identity is meant to shape a new customer experience - unlocking new business opportunities. The traditional method of stopping someone for identification will be outdated and replaced by a seamless and personalised "walk-through" experience across the value chain.

Our lead experts, Andreas Braun and Serge Hanssens, have developed a training in which they not only define what Smart Identity truly is, but also explore different use cases. Additionally, they engage with participants to investigate how it could enhance their customer experience.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • give an overview of what Smart Identity means;
  • describe the benefits of Smart Identity;
  • give examples of use cases;
  • consider the applications of Smart Identity in their business.
