This course aims to present global and local trends in cloud adoption, including in the financial services sector in Luxembourg. It covers the key areas of the evolving regulatory landscape around the cloud in Europe and Luxembourg, as well as the main considerations for a successful cloud transformation and its implications on strategy, organisation, security and finance.

This training is coordinated by Patrice Witz, Partner and Stéphane Zema, Director at PwC Luxembourg.

Patrice is in charge of the Technology Consulting within financial services and has more than 22 years of IT strategy and transformation experience, across industries and particularly in the finance industry in Luxembourg, Belgium and France. He is overseeing digital, cloud and EMT activities across advisory.

He has led multiple engagement involving the definition of enterprise architecture functions, reviewing specific EA domains. As such, Patrice has also participated to IT modernisation programmes including infrastructure, cloud, SaaS amongst others.

Stéphane is leading the cloud and ICT infrastructure services at PwC (technology consulting). He has over 16 years of experience in the field of ICT infrastructure.

He supports his clients with their cloud transformation, addressing aspects such as strategy, architecture, governance, compliance, implementation and operational aspects.

He has a strong experience as programme manager and technical expert and is able to interact with CxO level as well as with operational field experts.
