Quel est le contenu de la formation ?

When it comes to software, most people think that there is just one type of defect: a " user defect ".

Which means that the software does not work as the user expects. People better remember the defects than the nice features in a software. This could have a big impact on the software's image and the company which builds it. This is why most of the companies invest in software testing activities. The workshop's goal is to take the participants through a journey to meet the different faces of the software defects.
