Kai Braun is a Partner and Alternatives Advisory Leader at PwC Luxembourg, specialising in strategy and governance consulting for the alternative investment sector, operational and technology advisory for private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private debt, as well as regulatory compliance. With over 20 years of experience, he has held leadership roles including head of operations at a major German service provider for private equity and real estate. His expertise encompasses strategy, operating models, processes, and IT. He has led projects involving organizational strategy design, regulatory authorisation, global operating model implementation, software coordination, and development of best practice reporting for financial institutions.
