Explore how aromatherapy, colour, music and creativity can influence your emotional well-being. Through the Mood Bar, you’ll identify your current mood and discover how different colours, essential oils and music can help you express or transform how you feel. The experience combines mindful breathing, sensory exploration and mandala colouring to encourage relaxation, emotional awareness and creativity. During the final session, you will create your own personalized essential oil roll-on and mandala to take home.

The price includes all materials required throughout the course, including 100% pure and organic essential oils, cotton pads, sensory and creative materials, printed manuals, blending supplies, bottles, and labels.

The trainer guarantees the use of high-quality essential oils produced by her family in Colombia, in close collaboration with local farmers and Indigenous communities.
