Eligibility Students who are nationals of the Bank's member countries or countries of operations. Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree and be already enrolled in a full-time graduate study programme (pursuing a Master's degree or Ph.D. with plans to return to school in a full-time capacity). Fluency in English This programme seeks candidates in: economics, finance, human resource development (public health, education, nutrition, population), social science (anthropology, sociology), agriculture, environment, private sector development, as well as other related fields.
