Each workshop will benefit from a special menu of tailor-made body techniques and mental projections. It can be adapted according to requests and needs.
Contenu
Cocooning workshops:
- Deep relaxation - Different breathing exercises - Anchoring, Relaxation
- Physical relaxation - Specific exercises - Release of tensions
- Mental relaxation - Specific exercises - Evacuate mental chatter
Méthodes pédagogiques
All of the workshops are part of a tailor-made 10-session program.
The exercises practiced at each workshop, are part of a logical chain which allows a global measurable result at the end of the program.
