This training provides a clear understanding of the impact of long-term absence (health, maternity, caregiving) and the key conditions for a successful return to work. It helps clarify the roles of each stakeholder (employee, manager, HR) while offering practical tools to support the transition and co-build a tailored, sustainable action plan.
