Quel est le contenu de la formation ?

IP rights are more than ever under the spotlight, in particular due to patent wars by international giants.

But IP rights are not reserved to such multinational corporations. Companies from all sizes and sectors that know how to use their IP rights in general do not only use them to defend their market shares, but can also earn substantial revenues from licensing agreements or from selling IP rights they do not use or need. IP rights can be used to generate financial flows, to improve cash management as well as to manage investments in R&D or marketing activities.
