I am a trilingual Learning Professional located in Luxembourg, with 30 years of experience and a proven track record in industry, academia and consulting. What does the training course cover?

Organizations need disagreement and conflict. Without it, weak ideas survive and important problems stay hidden. The challenge is keeping disagreement useful rather than personal. Constructive conflict helps professionals raise difficult issues, challenge others and defend their views without turning every difference of opinion into a relationship problem.
