I am a trilingual Learning Professional located in Luxembourg, with 30 years of experience and a proven track record in industry, academia and consulting. My observation is that technical skills get people hired, but the so-called soft-skills are what allows them to develop their maximum impact. My conviction is that people skills and managerial skills are learnable and teachable. My passion is making breakthrough learning happen through enjoyable training sessions and professional coaching.

Emotions at work are often treated as a distraction or something bothersome. In this session, we will learn together how to recognize, appreciate, and manage emotions in ourselves and others.
