Goals

The objective of this training is to develop key leadership competencies based on emotional intelligence, enabling managers and future leaders to operate with greater clarity, emotional stability, and relational effectiveness in a demanding and multicultural professional environment.

At the end of the program, participants will be able to:

  • Understand how emotions arise and how they influence perception, cognitive biases, behavior, and decision-making, and recognize their own emotional signals at an early stage.
  • Regulate their emotions intentionally, manage stress effectively, and maintain clarity and emotional stability in high-pressure leadership situations.
  • Develop social awareness by more accurately decoding emotions, body language, and nonverbal signals in order to better understand others’ needs and reactions through empathy.
  • Apply emotional intelligence to communication, conflict management, feedback, and change leadership, in order to strengthen trust, influence, and constructive collaboration within teams.

Contents

This one-month program combines in-person workshops, individual coaching, and assessment to support practical, measurable learning that can be directly applied in daily professional life:

  • A 360° emotional intelligence assessment before and after the program.
  • Four interactive in-person workshops.
  • Two individual online coaching sessions focused on real leadership situations.
  • An online group debrief after the program to consolidate learning and support transfer into practice.
