I am a psychologist by training with more than 15 years of international experience in the field of Human Resources. During my professional experience, I followed numerous training courses, but there was always something that I was missing to be fully satisfied and to follow them to the end. This is why I created my company to offer training in a different way, in a unique way to allow you to use the brain, body and spirit. My training courses address all management issues as well as anyone who wishes to work on themselves to know themselves better and grow. In all the training that I offer, in addition to theory and practice, I highlight the body and mind. This means that my training is lively, fun, energetic. We talk, we think, we find solutions, we listen, but we also move and practice spiritual exercises.
