I am a trilingual Learning Professional located in Luxembourg, with 30 years of experience and a proven track record in industry, academia and consulting. My observation is that technical skills get people hired, but the so-called soft-skills are what allows them to develop their maximum impact. My conviction is that people skills and managerial skills are learnable and teachable. What does the training course cover?

Networking is useful for learning, collaboration, career development, and business opportunities. Yet many employees find networking artificial, awkward or intimidating. It does not have to be. A few simple techniques can make starting conversations and building relationships much easier. The objective is not mainly collect lots of contacts, but to start genuine conversations and build relationships.
