  • Practise through hands-on exercises and role plays to enhance connection with different profiles.
Understand Miscommunication and Stress
  • Identify drivers and how they influence stress behaviours.
  • Link personality types to their dominant drivers and typical reactions.
  • Apply strategies to prevent miscommunication and restore the relationship.
Failure Scenarios and Stress Dynamics
  • Explore failure scenarios and the psychological mechanisms that lead to them.
  • Understand the three degrees of miscommunication and their impact on performance and cooperation.
  • Deconstruct the four myths and their effects on relationships.
Conflict Resolution and Intervention Strategies
  • Identify stress sequences related to personality phase and their observable signals.
  • Implement concrete conflict resolution strategies based on psychological needs.
