Human resources professionals face communication challenges and conflicts on a daily basis.
The techniques used by mediators in professional mediation can be valuable tools to help them address these challenges more effectively.
This one-day training course, organised by ABBL, CMCC, House of Training, and INDR, aims to introduce participants to mediation tools and provide opportunities to apply them in practice.

By the end of this training course, participants will be able to:

• Understand the principles, processes and key tools of mediation.
• Apply mediation techniques effectively in professional situations.
• Enhance their effectiveness in handling HR-related challenges and discussions.
• Integrate mediation approaches into their day-to-day HR practices.
• Exchange insights, best practices and experiences with fellow HR professionals who are also trained mediators.
