2. Self-affirmation and Boundary Setting

Content: Self-affirmation exercises, assertive communication techniques, strategies for saying no and managing external demands without guilt.

3. Mental Strength and Self-Confidence

Content: Exploring the concepts of mental strength, developing a positive mindset, techniques for overcoming doubts and creating motivating self-talk.

4. Mindfulness as a Constant Companion

Content: Introduction to the practice of mindfulness, practical exercises for being present, simple meditation techniques that can be adopted anywhere.

5. Being Relaxed and Released Everyday

Content: Relaxation strategies, exploration of various methods such as gentle yoga, positive visualization, and other decompression techniques.
