Private training bodies

Last update : 16.06.2015

Definition

Private training bodies are subject to the rules of law governing establishment and must hold a ministerial authorisation to be able to provide continuing vocational training.
The authorisation is strictly personal. It is issued in the name of an individual, whether it is for a corporation (legal person) or for a partnership (of natural persons).
