Chronobiological clock

  • What is your natural rhythm?
  • What is your relationship to your living environments?

Homeostasis

  • The time synchronizers, part of your everyday life.
  • Brain waves and sleep hormones: what to do when they are disturbed, unbalanced?
  • The flash nap. When and how? At work, at home, elsewhere
