The ability to excel in client service is a sine qua non condition of premium client experience and an historical battlefront for wealth managers. Yet, the art of wealthy client servicing requires a thorough understanding of the social codes applicable to luxury lifestyle, of related client expectations and of the interpersonnal skills associated to servicing excellence.

This course is designed as a practical masterclass to understand best practices applicable to wealthy client servicing.

  • Introduction to wealth as a culture and related codes
  • Identify and understand the implicit expectations of wealthy clients in term of service excellence
  • Define clients’ expectations stemming from the bank’s/family office’s identity, positioning and value proposition
  • Share the trainer’s and audience’s wealthy client relationship management experiences in a safe and kind environment
  • Understand attitude and best practices to bear in mind so as to react with empathy and professionalism to wealthy clients’ demands and complaints
  • Understand the practical implications of the Covid-19 sanitary crisis on servicing excellence and the client’s experience
