Through a DISC behavioural assessment, practical frameworks, and applied exercises, you will develop a strategic mindset, learn to set realistic objectives, and improve the way you communicate with your teams and partners. The programme also helps you structure your decision-making, identify the key performance indicators needed to guide your actions, and recognise repetitive tasks that could be streamlined with AI tools.
