Designed for employees transitioning into management roles, newly appointed managers, assistants or project managers looking to expand their responsibilities, as well as leaders of small and medium-sized businesses or project initiators involved in the strategic, financial, or HR management of a company.

What are the prerequisites?

  • Have internet access and be proficient in basic IT tools.
  • Either own a business or plan to start one in Luxembourg,
  • or have a professional development goal within an organization in Luxembourg.

  • Understanding your DISC profile and behavioural patterns.
  • Strategic thinking and setting realistic objectives.
  • Recruitment, feedback, and managing sensitive team situations.
  • Presenting the company clearly: pitch and professional communication.

What does the training course cover?

A practical training programme designed to help you step into — or strengthen — a leadership role within a small or medium-sized organisation. Through a DISC behavioural assessment, practical frameworks, and applied exercises, you will develop a strategic mindset, learn to set realistic objectives, and improve the way you communicate with your teams and partners. The programme also helps you structure your decision-making, identify the key performance indicators needed to guide your actions, and recognise repetitive tasks that could be streamlined with AI tools.
