About us

EIS Luxembourg – Entrepreneurs Inspiring Success is an advisory, training and community-of-practice organisation dedicated to entrepreneurs and organisations operating in Luxembourg.

We support:

  • aspiring entrepreneurs, founders and business buyers starting out in Luxembourg who need clear guidance and a reliable support network;
  • freelancers, startup founders and leaders of small and medium-sized businesses established in Luxembourg who want to structure, grow or reposition their activity;
  • professionals working with entrepreneurial audiences who wish to acquire the essential knowledge needed to effectively guide and advise business creators in Luxembourg;
  • local organisations of all sizes facing challenges related to management, leadership, collaboration and internal innovation.

EIS offers a comprehensive entrepreneurial support ecosystem that goes far beyond training, with access to a network of experienced mentors and field experts.

Our approach is pragmatic, sector-agnostic and firmly rooted in the realities of doing business in Luxembourg. Our training programmes address both the fundamentals and the key operational challenges faced by businesses on a daily basis.

We also support organisations of all sizes and sectors in their human and organisational transformation challenges, through tailored individual or collective support formats designed for operational teams, leadership groups and managers.

Teaching methods

EIS training programmes are built on an active, action-oriented learning approach, focused on what truly matters.
We favour methods that enable concrete skill acquisition and immediate application in participants’ professional contexts, through short, jargon-free formats.

Our learning formats, of varying duration, combine:

  • structured and contextualised inputs,
  • real-life field experience and expert insights,
  • practical exercises, self-diagnostics and operational tools,
  • peer exchange for in-person training programmes.
