What are the prerequisites?

Participants must complete the online PCM personality questionnaire prior to the training. The access link will be provided after registration.

At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:

  • Adapt their communication to the profile of their interlocutor to enhance clarity, effectiveness and the quality of interactions.

The training is delivered by a certified Process Communication Model® trainer. At the end of the session, each participant receives a certificate of attendance.
