Goals

This training will provide you with the skills to:
- Understand key principles of neurodiversity and their impact in the workplace
- Identify simple tools to adapt managerial posture
- Recognize the value of inclusive management for performance and team cohesion

Contents

This training provides a practical and operational approach to supporting neurodiverse profiles, particularly individuals with DYS disorders and/or ADHD. Based on real-world experience, it equips participants to better understand specific needs and adapt their management practices with accuracy and care.
