Prerequisites

The ITIL Foundation examination is as follows:

  • Multiple choice
  • 65% pass mark
  • Closed book

Certificate, diploma

Upon successful completion of the exam & following confirmation of results, you receive a unique, secure & auditable electronic certificate from PeopleCert.The ITIL4 Foundation Certificate is mandatory to access further ITIL4 modules.
