Goals

At the end of the exercise, participants will be able to:

apply the establishment’s evacuation procedures,
respond in a coordinated and safe manner when the alarm is triggered,
comply with the defined roles and instructions,
identify areas for improvement in the evacuation system.

Review of evacuation procedures with the safety officer and the relevant teams

Preparation and organization of the exercise
Activation of the alarm system
Observation of the evacuation process (timing, behaviors, flow of movement)
Immediate debriefing
Drafting of a written report to adapt procedures and training to the specific realities of the site

Teaching methods

Live evacuation drill
On-site observation
Structured debriefing focused on safety and continuous improvement
