Who is the training course aimed at?

Anyone wishing to acquire a solid understanding of the fundamentals of labour law (HR managers/assistants, business owners, professionals undergoing career transition, etc.)

What are the aims or the skills being targeted?

Get to know the basics of labour law by having a general, quick and practical overview of individual and collective labour relations.

By the end of this training, the participant will be able to:

Familiarise themselves with labour law methods and practices
Handle the management of employment contracts (conclusion and termination)
Understand regulations related to working relationships, including the various types of leave available
Understand basic legal rules specially applying to certain categories of employees (e.g. pregnant women, part-time workers, temporary workers, etc.)
Have basic knowledge on collective labour relations, and the administrative structures and labour courts/jurisdictions
