Contents

This training program offers a comprehensive approach around health prevention and the importance to take actions. It enables participants to understand occupational risks, the impact on individuals and the workplace, and to develop a culture of health prevention every day.

Emphasis is placed on breaking down taboos related to illness, screenings, maternity care, and mental health, in order to foster a culture of dialogue around prevention and shared responsibilities. Participants are encouraged to reflect on their individual and collective roles, to identify warning signs, and to become familiar with available resources, whether medical, internal to the company, or in the country where they reside.
