Evaleader 27A: Take up the challenge of assertive communication
This course concernes anyone willing or able to manage teams, anyone in front of clients or those working on projects with assertiveness, in any type of organization. I will help people looking for a better quality of life at work from the individual point of view (for themselves) or from the corporate one (around themselves).
- Know how to explain, understand, analyse and discuss the modalities of assertive communication via Email, text message, telephone and videoconference.
- Know how to optimize the use of tools to analyse kindness and care and by default the non-benevolence and lack of assertiveness.
- Know how to use and develop benevolent indicators adapted to different type of interlocutors.
- Know how to work on developing your own care, strong and suitable communication.
- Know how to (re)gain confidence in your role as a benevolent communicator to transmit a meaningful message.
