Definition

The training plan sets out the company's continuing vocational training objectives in relation to its production and business management strategies. The training plan is the operational and budgetary analysis of the resources invested by the company during the financial year in developing the individual and collective skills of company employees. The training plan constitutes a coherent overview of projects which are closely connected to the company's objectives.
