Our National Information and Meeting Center for Disabilities offers information and advisory services, develops projects in the field of accessibility, organizes continuing education courses, and conducts awareness-raising activities.

L’objectif est de sensibiliser le personnel aux thèmes de l’accessibilité, de l’inclusion et aux besoins spécifiques des personnes en situation de handicap – afin d’améliorer durablement la qualité du service pour l’ensemble des clients. Les ateliers prévoient également un échange avec des personnes concernées.
