About us

Info-Handicap - National Council for People with Disabilities is the central point of contact and national advisory body for people with disabilities.

Since 1993, Info-Handicap has been representing the rights of people with disabilities at national and international level and bringing together those affected through its more than 60 member associations.

Good intentions alone are not enough to promote an inclusive society. Knowledge, understanding, and practical skills are needed to remove barriers and understand the needs of people with disabilities.

That is why we offer targeted continuing education courses that raise awareness and teach appropriate behaviors for everyday life.

Our training program aims to support professionals in creating a welcoming, respectful, and accessible environment for people with disabilities. It focuses on two key areas:

  • 1. Preparing to welcome a person with a disability
  • 2. Communicating with a person with a disability
